All students in AIM with an active profile are able to access an online portal providing one place for students to manage all aspects of their disability services affiliation.
From the users module, students are provided:

• A user-friendly dashboard with announcements, to-do lists, and DS contacts.
• Easy access to sign e-form agreements.
• The ability to consent to information sharing in one convenient place.
• Capability to download released files by DS staff.

The day-to-day work of DS staff happens in AIM's Users module. Here staff can:

• Easily find the information needed to support students with the highest level of efficiency.
• Customize case notes, check-ins, and contact methods.
• Manage student profiles, documentation statuses, eligible accommodations and more.
• Create and send bulk emails, custom documents, and notifications with ease.

The ability to report on students and various types of interactions is incredibly important in sharing the impact of your office. The Users module easily allows staff to generate quick reports related to:

• Current active students.
• Overall student interactions including number of accommodation requests, case notes, appointments, etc.
• Comprehensive user reports detailing reports from all areas of AIM .
• GPA and other specific identifiers included by the school.
