Enhance Student Accommodation Management with Our Instructor Access Module! The Instructor Access Module is designed to help instructors and faculty efficiently manage accommodations for students with disabilities.

It provides a centralized portal for viewing accommodation letters, completing testing agreements, reviewing or submitting plans to implement flexibility-related accommodations, and accessing various request details, ensuring a seamless experience for both students and staff.

Instructors will use AIM's Video Captioning Module to:

• View accommodation letters for all students in their classes in one centralized location.
• complete testing agreements to ensure implementation of exam accommodations and specify proctoring instructions for their exams.
• Monitor and aid in implementation of accommodations for their students, such as class materials being converted to alternative formats, notes being uploaded by peer notetakers, and communication access and video captioning requests.
• Review and complete Flex Plans for students with accommodations such as flexible deadlines and attendance.

Staff will use AIM's Communication Access Module to:

• Customize the module to control what instructors are able to view and interact with.
• Add customized messages for the Instructor Dashboard that guide instructors on policies and next steps in the implementation of accommodations at your specific school.
• Provide training and support to instructors in using the module.
