Effortlessly manage and customize student applications for accommodations and services all in one convenient place. Using this module will streamline entry points for students seeking to receive accommodations, standardize messaging, and increase your ability to efficiently track and process disability related applications.

Students will use AIM's Application Center to:

• Apply for accommodations, complete questionnaires, and upload documentation.
• Review the ongoing status of their application and check to see if they have missed any email communication.
• Complete information release consent forms consenting to share their information with relevant parties.
• Request or schedule appointments with staff.

Staff will use AIM's Application Center to:

• Review submitted applications, questionnaires, and documentation.
• Customize application templates, statuses, and email templates.
• Create case notes, set follow-up dates, and begin to build the student profile.
• Schedule and manage appointments with students.

Use AIM's Applications Module reporting capabilities to:

• Generate a list of applications based on various criteria.
• Run report summaries by application term or date range.
• Explore at the individual questionnaire level student responses to better tell a story about your office based on the questions asked in your application.
