About The Module

AIM’s Employee Accommodation Module is designed to efficiently manage accommodations for employees with disabilities at your school.

It supports the entire process from application submission to documentation review, notification of approved accommodations, case management, and reporting. This ensures a seamless experience for both employees and staff.

Employee Experience

Employees with disabilities will use AIM’s Employee Accommodation Module to:
  • Apply for workplace accommodations.
  • Submit disability documentation.
  • Receive notifications about their application status and any required actions.

Staff Experience

Staff will use AIM's Employee Accommodation Module to:
  • Review applications and documentation for employees requesting workplace accommodations.
  • Complete case management tasks such as entering case notes, uploading additional documentation, tracking equipment, and creating customized accommodation letters.
  • Communicate with employees and their managers or department administrators about requested or approved accommodations.
  • Ensure privacy of sensitive data by controlling which team members in your office have access to the Employee Accommodation module.

Reporting

Use AIM's Employee Accommodation Module reporting capabilities to:
  • Generate reports on application and case-related data.
  • Customize reports based on specific needs and parameters set by the institution.
  • Filter data and export it to MS Excel for further analysis.
