Transform Your Appointment Management with AIM's Appointments Module!

AIM's Appointments Module is designed to streamline the process of managing student appointments in Disability Services offices. We offer a comprehensive solution to directly synchronize with Outlook 365 and Gmail while allowing schools the option to configure whether students can schedule directly on staff calendars.

Student Experience

Students will use AIM's Appointments Module to:
  • Easily request appointments by sharing their available times or directly scheduling based on staff availability.
  • Communicate the reason for their appointment by selecting appointment purpose types.
  • Access scheduled upcoming appointments or track appointment request submissions
  • Receive timely email reminders and notifications about their appointments.

Staff Experience

Staff will use AIM's Appointments Module to:
  • Centralize records for time spent meeting with students or interacting on their behalf.
  • Review and approve appointment requests, schedule appointments, and communicate effortlessly with students.
  • Add detailed notes directly to an appointment, invite additional participants, and manage recurring meetings.
  • Standardize various appointment interactions with students via internal appointment questionnaires staff can use as a template and outline while meeting with students.

Reporting

Use AIM's Appointments Module reporting capabilities to:
  • Generate a list of appointments based on various criteria.
  • Run appointment report summaries by term or date range.
  • Review report types that are customizable to explore more closely appointments held by different staff, various appointments statuses, modalities held, or appointment purposes.
